longer than 6 weeks for our staff to complete. Normal production
turn around time is under 5 weeks from the date we receive your
pre-paid order. We realize how anxious you are to receive your work
after it is submitted to us. A bit of patience can go a long way and
our working relationship together will greatly benefit from it.
However, in the event you do not receive your finished order in the
above mentioned time frame, we will be happy to refund your money
the first week of the following month that we were notified of your
decision to cancel your order due to expired turn-around time. This
