At Holston Valley Music we offer collaboration services such as helping lyricists who cannot find a suitable collaborator for music arrangements and melody structure. If you have simply "exhausted" your resources in finding a suitable collaborator, then this may be a solution to your needs in this area. While some may find this to be a somewhat unorthodox approach to your needs, we will be glad to assist you. We have several capable and extremely talented people where one will be selected based on who we feel is best to collaborate on the "feel" and "style" of your material that you yourself the "writer" will describe upon submission. The work will be considered a "work for hire" with you retaining 100% of all copyrights pertaining to both "words and music". There is a $25.00 add on fee for this service for each song, unless a minimum of three songs are submitted at once. In this event, the production costs of $189.00 per song would apply with the extra $25.00 waived. The usual add-on features such as an extra instrument or recorded media such as multiple cassettes or C.D.s would however still be in effect. Think this solution over carefully and if you feel this is right for you, then please contact me. We do offer references such as people we work with at present as well as those we might have worked with in the past. While we have seen a good number of our collaborative "works" with clients receive legitimate record "cuts"...none have been "HIT SONGS" up to this point.
